As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect all our communities, we want to share with you how Montgomery & Associates (M&A) is navigating these unprecedented times. We are continuing a work-from-home platform for our employees. We have been successfully working remotely since March 2020, with limited workflow interruption other than expected schedule changes for employees with kids at home. We continue to support field projects on a case-by-case basis, if the outside working conditions are acceptable to maintain appropriate physical distancing and other protocols are in place to protect our employees and clients, and if the local, state, or country rules allow travel to work sites.
Our organization and information systems are functioning well. We are maintaining client and partner communications and completing project work on schedule. We are encouraging our employees to enhance outreach to clients and partners so we are aware of changing conditions and project protocols due to the pandemic. We are continually monitoring changes in government restrictions and evaluating how they affect our work, and will keep you updated as the situation evolves.
All of us at M&A are grateful for the opportunity to continue working on your projects. Now more than ever we look to partner with our clients so together we can safely and successfully navigate this pandemic. Our priority is the health of our employees, our clients, our partners, and our communities. We look forward to the future when we can work together in person. If you have any questions, please reach out to the M&A project manager you are working with, or feel free to contact one of us.
Sincerely,
