M&A welcomes Bill DeBoer to Oakland office

To supplement and assist our growing water resources practice in California, Montgomery & Associates (M&A) is pleased to announce that Bill DeBoer, P.G., C.Hg., joined its Oakland office as a senior hydrogeologist effective November 4, 2019.

Well-known in the water resources industry in California, Bill brings to M&A 15 years of diverse experience in the areas of well design and installation; sampling of soil, groundwater, soil vapor, and air; aquifer characterization; and report writing and client/agency communication. His clients have included agriculture, private industry, and water supply agencies such as Eastern Municipal Water District and City of San Diego. Bill is a registered professional geologist and a certified hydrogeologist in California, and has served as a subject matter expert for the Certified Hydrogeologist Exam for the California Board of Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists since 2017. He has extensive management experience and expertise in investigation techniques. Bill is also president of the Groundwater Resources Association, San Francisco Bay Area Branch.
