Visit us at Arizona Hydrological Society Annual Symposium in Flagstaff!

M&A staff will be at the Arizona Hydrological Society’s 30th Annual Symposium from September 6 – 9 in Flagstaff, Arizona.  M&A, a long-time supporter of AHS, is a Silver Sponsor of the symposium and will have a booth in the exhibit hall.  Look for these M&A staff in attendance: Marla Odom, Dennis Hall, Gary Woodard, and Clare Stielstra.   Gary Woodard will moderate a session and present on recent water conservation analysis on the morning of Friday, September 8.  The AHS symposium features workshops, technical sessions and networking opportunities for hydrogeologists and water resources managers from across the southwestern US.

In addition, Gary will be moderating a public event in Flagstaff on Wednesday, September 6 from 6 – 8 pm on “Navigating Flagstaff’s Water Future”.   Presenters include: Brad Hill, water services director for the City of Flagstaff; Robert Vane, member of Flagstaff Water Group; Matthew Payne, principal at WestWater Research, LLC; Channah Rock, associate professor and water quality specialist at University of Arizona; and Erin Young, water manager for the City of Flagstaff.  The event is being hosted by the Museum of Northern Arizona in collaboration with the Grand Canyon Trust. The event is free and open to the public, but seating is limited and RSVP required.
