Mekha Pereira’s work at M&A focuses on integrating hydrogeologic investigations with water resource planning and policy evaluations. She brings to projects a strong understanding of Arizona and Colorado River Basin water policies and regulations. For municipal, industrial, and tribal clients, she supports water supply portfolio planning by evaluating water availability and reliability, including potential impacts of shortage. Mekha also has experience on environmental projects, such as Coal Combustion Residuals and Superfund Sites, providing technical support for negotiations, wellfield evaluations, groundwater quality assessments, and contaminant investigations. She currently serves as vice president of the Arizona Hydrological Society Tucson Chapter.
