M&A is pleased to participate in and serve as a sponsor for the 32nd Annual Symposium of the Arizona Hydrological Society (AHS) September 25-27, 2019. This year’s event is sponsored by the Tucson chapter of AHS and will be held at the Casino del Sol Resort in Tucson. The theme for the symposium is “Water Science, Technology, and Policy.”

On Thursday, September 26, Lauren Candreva, P.G., senior hydrogeologist in the Phoenix office, will present at a technical session called Techniques for Improving Designs for Injection and ASR Wells.

On Friday, September 27, Jonathan Reeves and Brittney Bates, both hydrogeologists in the Tucson office, will present at separate technical sessions. Jon’s session is titled Estimating Groundwater Pumping for Irrigation in an Overdrafted Groundwater Basin in California. Brittney’s session is called Evaluating Hydrologic Impacts for Underground Storage Facility Permit Renewals. Also on Friday, Jonathan Whittier, principal hydrogeologist in the Tucson office, will moderate a technical session on modeling.

As leaders in groundwater development and management in the Western United States, members of the M&A team look forward to connecting with clients in Tucson. For additional information about the AHS annual symposium, visit ahssymposium.org/2019.
