Diego Fernández, senior hydrogeologist, is a Competent Person through the Chile’s Competence Assessment Commission for Mining Resources and Reserves and is qualified to sign technical reports and public disclosures under the CH-2023 Code. He has a strong background in team leadership, data analysis, quality assurance and quality control, and conceptual hydrogeological models across Chile, Argentina, and Colombia. His expertise includes hydrogeological and hydrogeochemical characterizations, mineral resource and reserve estimation for brine deposits, and compliance with international reporting standards (NI 43-101, S-K 1300, JORC). Diego also has extensive experience in environmental assessments, technical due diligence, and the application of statistical and machine learning techniques for large-scale hydrogeological data processing.
