M&A water policy specialist to moderate panel at World Water-Tech

Montgomery & Associates Water Policy Specialist Abby Ostovar, Ph.D., will join industry leaders in Los Angeles for the World Water-Tech North America Summit, October 25 and 26, 2023. Abby will facilitate a roundtable discussion on seawater intrusion with Piret Harmon, General Manager of Salinas Valley Basin Groundwater Sustainability Agency (SVBGSA). Abby has worked closely with SVBGSA to help develop and implement the agency’s 6 Groundwater Sustainability Plans. She will also moderate the event’s final panel, “The Future of Water.”
