Jennifer Kreutzer leads M&A’s U.S. Human Resource function. She strives to attract and retain our most valuable assets – our people – with a focus on actualizing an outstanding employee experience. Jennifer routinely provides senior HR guidance to M&A staff while managing our talent acquisition, total rewards, and HR compliance.

Jennifer has more than 30 years of progressive HR leadership expertise working in private- and private-equity-owned small and mid-sized organizations. Her HR career includes roles in varied industries, including scientific consulting, EdTech, commercial services, manufacturing, and communications technology. She specializes in employee relations and general HR leadership, and also has experience managing employee benefits and compensation, full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, performance management, organizational change management, DEI, HR compliance, and HR Strategic Planning.
