Bill DeBoer is a Principal Hydrogeologist with extensive management experience and expertise in groundwater investigations. He serves as M&A’s California wellfield services lead and oversees all fieldwork conducted for our California clients. Bill’s vast experience includes assisting clients with all stages of well design, installation, and management. Bill is a former director on the board of the Groundwater Resources Association (GRA) and former president of the Bay Area Branch. He is a Subject Matter Expert with the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists; serves as a member of the Department of Water Resources Bulletin 74 California Well Standards Technical Advisory Committee; and is former Chair of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) California/Nevada Chapter Water Well Technology Committee. Bill is a California registered professional geologist and certified hydrogeologist and is an active contributor to groundwater publications and conferences.
