Andrew Feltman joined M&A in 2023, bringing a diverse background in groundwater resources, mine development, and environmental investigations and remediation. Prior to joining M&A, Andrew held senior positions in New Mexico as a hydrogeologist and field operations manager, where he was responsible for project management of hydrogeologic investigations, staffing, and business development. Andrew specializes in management of complex water supply projects for municipal, mining, industrial, and tribal clients. His environmental investigation and cleanup projects have included industrial and fuel operations, active and inactive mine sites, and Superfund sites. Andrew has experience with feasibility studies for managed aquifer recharge projects. As an exploration geologist, Andrew discovered and developed mineral resources throughout the western United States and in Guyana, Mexico, Suriname, and Venezuela. Andrew holds professional geologist registrations in Arizona and Utah, and is an AIPG Certified Professional Geologist. He is fluent in Spanish.
