Hydrogeologic expertise for projects that require state and federal permits

M&A has extensive experience investigating hydrologic impacts of proposed actions for Environmental Impacts Studies (EIS) as required by the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). We understand the type of information expected as part of NEPA baseline studies. We prepare the water resource portions of EIS submittals using hydrologic models, field investigations, historical records review, and remote sensing to document surface water and groundwater conditions and evaluate potential project impacts. M&A also assists with the public input process by working with federal, tribal, state, local, and other agencies, as well as with local and special interest groups. Our experts deliver clear and objective public presentations, and we excel at communicating complex concepts to a range of audiences.
