HydroSQL is a comprehensive in-house database developed by M&A for management, QA/QC, and sharing of project hydrogeologic data. The proprietary HydroSQL database has templates for common hydrologic data, including water levels, pressures, flows, lithology, well construction, and spring and stream data. The HydroSQL database can be populated in the field by field staff collecting data that can be accessed in near real-time by clients and team members via our secure web-portal interface. In addition, HydroSQL can process and live-stream telemetry data. Data stored in HydroSQL can readily be accessed and visualized by the client and project team. Additionally the entire project database can be transferred to the client as needed ensuring that all data is organized and shareable.
The M&A water quality data team provides unmatched quality assurance for client hydrochemical and water quality databases. Our team can customize the level of QA/QC to match client and regulatory requirements such as ensuring chains-of-custody are properly tracked, verifying the accuracy of lab analyses, checking mass balance, verifying total-dissolved relationships, and checking results against past values. Once data have undergone QA/QC review and any issues have been rectified with the lab, the data is loaded into our standardized database for data storage, management, and report generation using our EnviroSQL database platform (powered by Geotech Computer Systems’ Enviro Data software). Our EnviroSQL database can also be used to store and manage historical water quality. Like our HydroSQL database, our EnviroSQL database seamlessly integrates with our web portals, providing clients access to tables, maps, and charts of the data as soon as it is entered into the database.
