Tim Leo, a principal hydrogeologist with M&A, will be among those presenting at an upcoming legal seminar entitled “Hydrology and the Law: Effective Tools for Resolving Water Rights and Damages Issues for Lawyers, Consultants, and Agency Officials.” This annual technical seminar will take place on May 11, 2015, at the We-Ko-Pa Resort & Conference Center in Scottsdale/Fountain Hills.
Along with Christopher Payne (of Snell & Wilmer), Tim will be providing an overview of groundwater science principles in the context of legal issues commonly associated with acquiring and using water rights in Arizona. They will also provide an update on adjudication holdings that are currently impacting groundwater uses.
