Bill DeBoer is a Senior Hydrogeologist with extensive management experience and expertise in groundwater investigations. His vast experience includes exploration drilling; aquifer characterization; pumping tests; design and installation of supply wells, remediation wells, and injection wells; cross-section development; and technical report writing. Bill has experience working with government agencies, municipalities, and private sector clients, including publicly sensitive and attorney-client privileged projects. A California registered professional geologist and certified hydrogeologist, Bill has served on the Board of Directors for the Groundwater Resources Association (GRA), as President of the San Francisco Bay Area GRA branch, and as a subject matter expert at the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists. He was also appointed to the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) Bulletin 74 Technical Advisory Committee to help guide an update of California well standards.
