Erika Gallo, M&A’s Career Development Lead, spearheaded our Cohort Training Program, an internal initiative that supports early-career scientists as they grow into professional consultants. She uses proactive knowledge management and focused feedback to develop virtual and in-person training sessions for scientific staff in the United States, Chile, and Argentina offices. Erika brought to M&A her experience in curriculum development, research, proposal development, project management, and secondary and post-secondary instruction. Her technical expertise includes surface water hydrology and ecosystem biogeochemistry, conceptual model development, and statistical analyses and modeling. Erika has prepared numerous publications, abstracts, and conference presentations. During her graduate studies at the University of Arizona, she received the Montgomery Prize, an award presented by Montgomery & Associates each year. Erika is fluent in Spanish and English and volunteers with various local organizations.
