As the COVID-19 virus situation continues to progress, we want to share with you that Montgomery & Associates (M&A) has effectively adopted a work-from-home platform for our employees. M&A is fortunately prepared for remote work, since our offices are located throughout the western United States and South America, and our systems are already set up to support a distributed work model. With some additional upgrades this structure has readily accommodated us all working from home. We still are supporting field projects on a case-by-case basis, if the outside working conditions are acceptable to maintain appropriate social distancing, and if the local, state, or country rules allow travel to work sites.

All of us at M&A are grateful for the opportunity to continue working on your projects. Our systems and staff are functioning well under these new conditions. We are able to maintain client and partner communications and generally will be able to complete project work on schedule.

Communication is critically important now. We are encouraging our staff to enhance their outreach to clients and partners so we are aware of changing conditions, and frankly, so we can share advice on working through these times. If you have specific protocols for us to follow on your project, please let us know.

We are continually monitoring changes in government restrictions and evaluating how they will affect work. We will keep you updated as the situation evolves. If you have any questions, please reach out to the M&A project manager you are working with, or feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Hale Barter, President, 520-954-2999 (Cell)

Mike Rosko, P.G., South American Operations Manager, 569-9939-2285 (Cell)
