Juliet McKenna brings technical capabilities to M&A’s water resource planning practice. Her work focuses on developing strategies for managing groundwater for public agencies, private and municipal water providers, tribal nations, and non-governmental organizations. She provides regulatory and policy guidance on Colorado River and groundwater issues that shape long‑term water portfolio planning. She oversees groundwater investigations, well development and aquifer recharge projects, and has directed hydrogeologic investigations that evaluate groundwater–surface water interactions and their implications for river flows and watershed health.

Juliet has experience coordinating the interests of diverse stakeholders and communicating technical information to general audiences. She is a licensed geologist in Arizona and California and has worked throughout the western United States and New England. She also guides business development efforts and helps strengthen client relationships.
