Juliet brings technical capabilities to M&A’s water resource planning practice. Her work focuses on developing strategies for managing groundwater for public agencies, private and municipal water providers, tribal nations, and non-governmental organizations.

Within Arizona, Juliet has helped clients evaluate water availability to support water supply portfolio planning and analyses of Colorado River shortages. She also works on water-supply feasibility assessments, groundwater management, and state and federal water policy and regulations. As the former director of an interstate aquifer management group, Juliet has experience coordinating the interests of multiple jurisdictions and diverse stakeholders. She has experience with public outreach and communicating technical information to general audiences.

Juliet is a licensed geologist in Arizona, California, Washington, and Idaho, and has experience throughout the western United States and New England. She also serves as business development manager, helping project managers develop and strengthen client relationships. She has edited M&A’s Arizona Water News Update since its implementation in 2007.
