Bajo SGMA, los proveedores deben desarrollar Planes de Sostenibilidad de Aguas Subterr\u00e1neas (GSP) que describan las pol\u00edticas y pr\u00e1cticas de gesti\u00f3n. Un m\u00e9todo para promover la sostenibilidad es optimizar el almacenamiento de los excedentes de agua superficial, que son espor\u00e1dicos y, a menudo, limitados en el Valle Central, una condici\u00f3n que se ha visto exacerbada en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os por la sequ\u00eda. Esta pr\u00e1ctica ayudar\u00e1 a reponer los acu\u00edferos y mitigar los impactos de bombeo.<\/p>\n<h3>SERVICIOS<\/h3>\n<p>M&amp;A dirigi\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n hidrogeol\u00f3gica que formaba parte de un estudio de uso conjunto del agua. El objetivo de este trabajo fue identificar oportunidades para aumentar la capacidad de recarga y maximizar el uso y almacenamiento de las entregas estacionales de agua superficial. Nuestros servicios incluyeron:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluaci\u00f3n del sistema de riego del TID y distribuci\u00f3n de la cuenca de recarga<\/li>\n<li>Coordinar con TID para priorizar cuencas para investigaciones de campo basadas en datos litol\u00f3gicos y financiamiento limitados, una tarea que requer\u00eda un enfoque flexible y adaptable.<\/li>\n<li>Implementaci\u00f3n de un programa de excavaci\u00f3n de zanjas para caracterizar las condiciones litol\u00f3gicas cercanas a la superficie en cinco cuencas e identificar sedimentos\/estratos que controlan las tasas de infiltraci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Llevar a cabo un programa de perforaci\u00f3n de exploraci\u00f3n para caracterizar las condiciones litol\u00f3gicas y estratigr\u00e1ficas en tres cuencas a una profundidad de 50 pies<\/li>\n<li>Identificaci\u00f3n de posibles capas de percha y zonas con capacidad de infiltraci\u00f3n favorable<\/li>\n<li>Realizaci\u00f3n de pruebas de infiltraci\u00f3n en toda la cuenca despu\u00e9s de que comenzaron las entregas de agua superficial, utilizando personal de TID, para documentar las tasas de infiltraci\u00f3n operativas en las condiciones actuales<\/li>\n<li>Analizar los resultados de la excavaci\u00f3n de zanjas, la perforaci\u00f3n y las pruebas de exploraci\u00f3n para determinar las limitaciones de las tasas de infiltraci\u00f3n y desarrollar estrategias para aumentar la capacidad de recarga general dentro del Distrito.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-8941","projects","type-projects","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Recharge Investigations for the Central Valley Conjunctive Water Use Study - Montgomery &amp;
