Ge\u00f3logo registrado, Michele nos aporta m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os de experiencia en la gesti\u00f3n de programas ambientales en Arizona, con un enfoque en permisos de protecci\u00f3n de acu\u00edferos (APP), permisos de agua recuperada, AZPDES, acciones voluntarias, WQARF y CERCLA. Sus responsabilidades durante su permanencia de 22 a\u00f1os en ADEQ tambi\u00e9n incluyeron evaluar la idoneidad de las acciones de remediaci\u00f3n, dirigir investigaciones de remediaci\u00f3n y revisar borradores de permisos para descargas asociadas con plantas de energ\u00eda, minas, instalaciones industriales y sistemas de tratamiento de aguas residuales. Adem\u00e1s de desarrollar los est\u00e1ndares de remediaci\u00f3n del suelo del Estado, redact\u00f3 una gu\u00eda para determinar las concentraciones del suelo que protegen la calidad del agua subterr\u00e1nea. Las habilidades de Michele ser\u00e1n valiosas para los proyectos ambientales de M&amp;A, especialmente aquellos que requieren un APP y otros tipos de permisos.
