\"JanisEl lunes 31 de agosto de 2020, Montgomery & Associates se despide de Janis Blainer-Fleming, hidroge\u00f3loga principal de nuestra oficina de Tucson. Janis se retira despu\u00e9s de casi 32 a\u00f1os en M&A.<\/p>\n

El liderazgo, el trabajo arduo y el compromiso de Janis con la excelencia t\u00e9cnica han contribuido al \u00e9xito y al crecimiento de nuestra empresa. Durante su carrera, trabaj\u00f3 extensamente en investigaciones de campo centradas en la perforaci\u00f3n de pozos y caracterizaciones de sitios, dirigi\u00f3 nuestro grupo de an\u00e1lisis de im\u00e1genes satelitales y asesor\u00f3 a nuestro personal sobre la importancia y la pr\u00e1ctica de la geolog\u00eda en nuestro trabajo. Antes de unirse a M&A, Janis obtuvo una licenciatura en geociencias y una maestr\u00eda en educaci\u00f3n secundaria, ambas de la Universidad de Arizona.<\/p>\n

\u201cMe gustar\u00eda agradecer a Janis por pasar 32 a\u00f1os maravillosos con nosotros. Su amistad, energ\u00eda y dedicaci\u00f3n hicieron de M&A un lugar mejor\u201d, dijo Hale Barter, presidente. \u201cEs dif\u00edcil despedirse de un colega tan cercano cuando estamos distanciados socialmente y no podemos organizar una fiesta de despedida adecuada. Al jubilarse, Janis espera poder pasar tiempo con su esposo, Angus, y su hija, Gillian, que tambi\u00e9n vive en Tucson. Espera visitar pronto a su hijo, Colin, que vive en Australia.
