La Sra. Porta tiene m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada de experiencia en la gesti\u00f3n de recursos de agua subterr\u00e1nea en California y el oeste de los Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>Miembro de GRA desde 2011, la Sra. Porta ha sido bastante activa con la Sucursal de Sacramento, asistiendo a reuniones mensuales y estableciendo contactos con sus compa\u00f1eros. Se ha desempe\u00f1ado en muchos comit\u00e9s de planificaci\u00f3n para eventos de GRA y ha moderado sesiones t\u00e9cnicas en los talleres de SGMA y el Congreso inaugural de Aguas Subterr\u00e1neas del Oeste. Ella es la actual presidenta del Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico y es miembro del Comit\u00e9 de Planificaci\u00f3n del Segundo Congreso Anual de Aguas Subterr\u00e1neas del Oeste que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en Sacramento en septiembre de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCreo en la visi\u00f3n y misi\u00f3n de GRA. Con mi experiencia en ingenier\u00eda de aguas superficiales y proyectos de gesti\u00f3n de aguas subterr\u00e1neas, puedo ofrecer una perspectiva diferente sobre la gesti\u00f3n general de los recursos h\u00eddricos en el estado\u201d, dijo la Sra. Porta.<\/p>\n<p>La Sra.
