Estas charlas se enfocan en las causas y los impactos de la disminuci\u00f3n de la demanda de agua municipal, que \u00e9l ha estado analizando para los municipios del \u00e1rea de Phoenix y Tucson durante varios a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body\">En el simposio anual de la Sociedad Hidrol\u00f3gica de Arizona del 15 al 16 de septiembre, present\u00f3 una charla titulada \u201cC\u00f3mo la otra mitad ahorra agua: patrones y tendencias en la demanda no residencial\u201d. Tambi\u00e9n moder\u00f3 una sesi\u00f3n sobre la escasez del r\u00edo Colorado, present\u00f3 un programa de almuerzos y moder\u00f3 un \u201cdebate\u201d presidencial sobre cuestiones de pol\u00edtica del agua en el oeste.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body\">M\u00e1s recientemente, Woodard asisti\u00f3 a la novena conferencia anual Water Smart Innovations en Las Vegas del 5 al 7 de octubre, donde present\u00f3 una charla sobre &quot;Desentra\u00f1ar la demanda: programas de conservaci\u00f3n, preferencias del consumidor, tarifas y est\u00e1ndares de eficiencia&quot;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body\">Presentar\u00e1 en una conferencia nacional de AWWA sobre infraestructura de agua, que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en Phoenix del 31 de octubre al 2 de noviembre.
