El ganador, Zhao Yang, candidato a doctorado, fue seleccionado por un panel de profesionales en base a presentaciones orales en el Simposio El D\u00eda del Agua. La presentaci\u00f3n de Yang se titul\u00f3 \u201cEfectos urbanos en la demanda regional de clima, agua y energ\u00eda: un estudio de caso en el corredor de Phoenix y Tucson\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Vaden Aldridge fue elegido ganador del Premio NAU Montgomery 2015. Vaden complet\u00f3 su tesis la primavera pasada bajo la supervisi\u00f3n del Dr. Abe Springer. Su investigaci\u00f3n fue una investigaci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros hidrogeol\u00f3gicos relacionados con la restauraci\u00f3n forestal como parte de 4FRI en el norte de Arizona.<\/p>\n<p>Cada a\u00f1o, M&amp;A tambi\u00e9n patrocina el Premio Montgomery a la mejor presentaci\u00f3n oral en GeoDaze, un simposio dirigido por estudiantes que organiza cada a\u00f1o el Departamento de Geociencias de la UA.
