El art\u00edculo resume un estudio que est\u00e1 realizando sobre la demanda de agua a nivel dom\u00e9stico, que ha estado disminuyendo constantemente durante muchos a\u00f1os en el condado de Pima. Esta tendencia a la baja no solo desaf\u00eda las predicciones previas sobre el uso del agua, sino que tambi\u00e9n plantea numerosos desaf\u00edos de planificaci\u00f3n para quienes deben tomar decisiones sobre la implementaci\u00f3n de mejoras de capital, la adquisici\u00f3n de nuevos suministros, la fijaci\u00f3n de tarifas, el dise\u00f1o de programas de conservaci\u00f3n y la reutilizaci\u00f3n del agua recuperada.<\/p>\n<p>Woodard ha estado brindando experiencia a un grupo de proveedores de agua y agencias reguladoras para este proyecto.
