Desde entonces, hemos crecido hasta contar con casi 150 empleados en 12 oficinas repartidas en 3 pa\u00edses. Esta expansi\u00f3n impuls\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de nuestro programa de desarrollo profesional, mediante el cual apoyamos a cient\u00edficos en diversas etapas de su carrera y les ayudamos a convertirse en expertos en recursos h\u00eddricos, consultores profesionales y futuros l\u00edderes de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>La formaci\u00f3n en el programa de desarrollo profesional se basa en los a\u00f1os de experiencia, el nivel cient\u00edfico y los intereses del empleado y de la empresa. La formaci\u00f3n inicial se centra en la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ciencia de las aguas subterr\u00e1neas como consultor. A medida que los empleados progresan en la empresa, la formaci\u00f3n se orienta al desarrollo de conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos y habilidades en gesti\u00f3n de proyectos, relaciones con clientes y operaciones comerciales.<\/p>\n<p>Cada cient\u00edfico participa en nuestro programa de formaci\u00f3n en cohorte con un grupo de compa\u00f1eros que se encuentran en una etapa similar de desarrollo profesional. El programa de cohorte es facilitado por <a href=\"https:\/\/elmontgomery.com\/staff-bio\/erika-gallo\/\" data-no-translation=\"\">Erika Gallo, Ph.D.<\/a>, Erika se uni\u00f3 a M&amp;A como L\u00edder de Desarrollo Profesional en marzo de 2025. Durante su primer a\u00f1o, se reuni\u00f3 con personal cient\u00edfico y directivo de todos los niveles para comprender las necesidades de M&amp;A en materia de desarrollo profesional. Tras realizar encuestas y reunirse con el Grupo de Personal, compuesto por cient\u00edficos noveles, y el Grupo de Proyecto, integrado por cient\u00edficos de nivel intermedio, Erika dise\u00f1\u00f3 sesiones de capacitaci\u00f3n adecuadas para cada grupo.<\/p>\n<p>La capacitaci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 con un taller de dos d\u00edas en Tucson para el grupo de personal de EE. UU., seguido de un viaje a Salta, Argentina, para capacitar al grupo de personal en Sudam\u00e9rica. Erika es hispanohablante nativa, por lo que su comunicaci\u00f3n con nuestro personal en Sudam\u00e9rica es ideal. Sus presentaciones en Estados Unidos y Sudam\u00e9rica se centraron en las habilidades esenciales para convertirse en consultor profesional, las posibles trayectorias profesionales y c\u00f3mo estas ideas se alinean con la cultura empresarial de M&amp;A y los objetivos de desarrollo profesional de los empleados. Tambi\u00e9n dise\u00f1\u00f3 actividades pr\u00e1cticas que fomentaron el trabajo en equipo y la comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Erika inici\u00f3 el 2026 con presentaciones virtuales para el Grupo de Proyectos y el Grupo S\u00e9nior, que incluye cient\u00edficos s\u00e9nior y principales, gerentes y l\u00edderes ejecutivos. Algunas de las habilidades clave que Erika abord\u00f3 en estas sesiones de capacitaci\u00f3n fueron la gesti\u00f3n de proyectos, el pensamiento cr\u00edtico y la creaci\u00f3n de relaciones. Desarrollar estas habilidades es fundamental para convertirse en un consultor profesional. Para potenciarlas, se puede recurrir al aprendizaje pr\u00e1ctico en el trabajo y a la transferencia de conocimientos por parte de nuestros consultores experimentados.<\/p>\n<p>Los cient\u00edficos de cada grupo tienen programadas sesiones regulares, tanto presenciales como virtuales, para que puedan establecer contactos, mejorar sus habilidades y conocimientos, e intercambiar ideas a medida que se convierten en consultores profesionales.
