El programa de Reconocimiento por A\u00f1os de Servicio se cre\u00f3 para celebrar a los empleados que ayudaron a construir la empresa y tambi\u00e9n a aquellos que la llevar\u00e1n hacia el futuro. Cada homenajeado por sus a\u00f1os de servicio recibi\u00f3 un bloque de madera artesanal con el logotipo de M&amp;A y el n\u00famero correspondiente al hito.
