El equipo (WestLand Resources, M&amp;A, Snell &amp; Wilmer y The Caliber Group) examin\u00f3 los suministros de agua renovables, as\u00ed como la relaci\u00f3n entre las aplicaciones de rezonificaci\u00f3n y los suministros de agua subterr\u00e1nea f\u00edsicamente disponibles. El objetivo de este esfuerzo fue explorar c\u00f3mo el Condado podr\u00eda usar su autoridad de planificaci\u00f3n y zonificaci\u00f3n para promover el desarrollo responsable dados los suministros de agua disponibles.<\/p>\n<p>El condado de Pinal enfrenta desaf\u00edos asociados con un r\u00e1pido crecimiento, un patr\u00f3n complejo de propiedad de la tierra y jurisdicciones regulatorias superpuestas. Cuenta con tres \u00e1reas de gesti\u00f3n activa (AMA) separadas y un \u00e1rea considerable que se encuentra fuera de los l\u00edmites de AMA.<\/p>\n<p>El equipo de WestLand facilit\u00f3 las reuniones del grupo de trabajo, redact\u00f3 una serie de documentos t\u00e9cnicos y trabaj\u00f3 directamente con la Junta de Supervisores y la Comisi\u00f3n de Planificaci\u00f3n y Zonificaci\u00f3n para este proyecto. El proceso fue exitoso y el equipo envi\u00f3 una recomendaci\u00f3n a la Junta en marzo de 2011.
