\"\"Del 7 al 11 de agosto de 2023, Montgomery & Associates Tucson recibir\u00e1 a Natalie Yurek, la ganadora de este a\u00f1o de la Beca Halpenny Intern de la Sociedad Hidrol\u00f3gica de Arizona (AHS). Natalie es estudiante de tercer a\u00f1o en el departamento de Hidrolog\u00eda y Ciencias Atmosf\u00e9ricas de la Universidad de Arizona.<\/p>\n

Cada a\u00f1o desde 1996, el cap\u00edtulo de AHS Tucson otorga la beca Halpenny a un estudiante inscrito en una disciplina relacionada con la hidrolog\u00eda en cualquier colegio o universidad de Arizona. El premio incluye un premio en efectivo, as\u00ed como la oportunidad de adquirir experiencia pr\u00e1ctica con empresas consultoras de recursos h\u00eddricos y organizaciones ambientales en el \u00e1rea de Tucson.<\/p>\n

\u201cNatalie se unir\u00e1 al trabajo de Salinas para ayudar a iniciar la revisi\u00f3n de los modelos conceptuales hidrogeol\u00f3gicos (HCM) para las subcuencas\u201d, dijo Victoria Hermosilla, hidroge\u00f3loga de nuestra oficina de Tucson. Este HCM actualizado servir\u00e1 mejor a la subcuenca ya que implementa el GSP y busca ubicar varios proyectos que ayudar\u00e1n en la sustentabilidad general del agua subterr\u00e1nea. \u00a1Estamos muy emocionados de que Natalie se una a nosotros!\u201d.<\/p>\n
