Training programs are based on years of experience, level, and professional interests of both the individual and the company. Early-career training focuses on the application of groundwater science and also soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management. As a scientist advances in the company, training focuses on developing technical expertise and skills in project management, client relations, and our business operations. Each scientist or manager is assigned a cohort appropriate for their stage of career development. Through regular meetings conducted by our career development lead and senior employees, the cohort program covers topics essential to each individual\u2019s job. Smaller group discussions enhance learning and facilitate personal connection with coworkers across the company.
